A soy based peptide also found in barley grass called "lunasin" in a Nutrition Horizon article, has proven useful against various diseases.  You may be interested in this leading edge constituent of barley grass and soy beans.  I am just finding this information. The article here is dated December of 2009 so it's just about up to the moment.
